A contract was signed on the 7th of December between the Arabian Gulf University (AGU) and the prestigious French ESSEC Business School. This cooperation plans a high standing training in business, provided within the framework of the French Arabian Business School in Manama.
A common MBA is launched, which is mainly designed for public service as well as private executives, natives and/or working in the Gulf countries.
The training, to be provided in the English language, will begin on the coming 1st of April, and will run through 18 months, at the rate of 5 days per month. The scheme outlined two major fields focused on regional needs such as private/public partnerships and utilities management. Courses will, for the most part, be delivered in the AGU premises. A few sessions are scheduled in ESSEC’s buildings in Singapore.
Thus, the MBA is an opportunity for the students to strengthen their knowledge by an immersion in ESSEC’s Singapore offices. During the residency, MBA students will live and study at the Singapore campus of ESSEC and with the opportunity to interact with MBA students studying at ESSEC, to share knowledge, experiences and foster stronger cultural ties"
